หมายความว่า ควรมอบเครื่องมือและสอนวิธีใช้เพื่อให้เค้า สามารถหาเงินเลี้ยวชีพได้เอง ไม่ใช้เอาเงินให้เค้า แล้วทำให้เค้าร้องขอเงินร่ำไป 

สิ่งที่ฉันมีคือทักษะและความรู้ ฉันรู้ว่าความรู้ที่ฉันมี มันสามารถส่งต่อให้แก่กันได้ รวมถึงมันยังสามารถยกระดับวิชาชีพของช่างฝีมือเหล่านั้นได้

This means giving them the tools and teaching them how to use them so they can make a living. It's not appropriate to give money to him, making him unable to help himself, and have to ask for money forever.
